Cologne Cathedral

An important Roman Catholic Church in the city of cologne in Germany is the Cologne Cathedral. The church also the seat for the Archbishop of cologne.It is under the management of Archdiocese of Cologne. The Church is a renowned Christianity monument especially for the German Catholicism. The church is devoted to St.Peter as well as Blessed Virgin Mary. The church is acknowledged as a World heritage site. The church’s most coveted possession is the Three Magi Shrine, which is a splendid gilded sarcophagus which is believed to hold the three wise men remains. Nearly more than 500 steps guide the visitors to the South tower, which provides a panoramic sight of the Cologne.
