The healthy Bean Salad

The bean salad recipe provides good nourishment and is good for health. It is easy and quick to prepare.

The ingredients you need to prepare your bean salad recipe are

One can of mixed beans

One third cup of Olive oil (Approximately)

Balsamic vinegar in 50:50 proportion with oil

One fourth of orange pepper

1-2 chopped red onion

1/2 to One clove garlic

One pinch of Oregano

One celery stick

One pinch of Basel

One fourth cup of sugar (optional)

Preparation Method

You need to first drain the beans from the can and place it in a large bowl.

Then slice the vegetables, chop the garlic and blend it with beans.

The vinegar and oil should be blended with Basel and oregano. The vinegar and oil in the 50:50 proportion as per your choice.

Then to the bowl, add the dressing, mix and preserve in the fridge for few hours or during the night. The dressing should be drained and the salad should be shift to a lesser bowl. If you desire to have a strong taste, then the salad should be kept in the dressing till you eat.
