The Cabbage and Paneer Salad

The Cabbage and Pander salad is a lovely and tasty side dish. It is good for health and kid will be very much eager to eat it.

Ingredients Needed

Paneer (cottage cheese) cubes of 300 Gms quantity

Shredded cabbage of 500 Gms quantity

1/4 cup sliced capsicum

A few curry leaves (kadi patta)

2 splited green chilies

1 tsp mustard seeds (rai / sarson)

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp oil

Some salt to taste

Preparation Method

In a pan, pour a small quantity of oil and heat it. Then add some mustard seeds.

Once the seeds crackle, add some curry leaves, cabbage, capsicum, paneer, green chillies. For some two minutes sauté it.

Remove the mixture from flame. Add some salt and lemon juice.

Now serve it warm
