Mushroom 65 recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 tsp - cornflour
* 1 tsp - maida
* 1 - egg
* 1/2 tsp - Ajinomoto
* 250g - mushroom
* 1 pinch - red colour
* 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
* Salt to taste
* Oil for frying

For gravy:
* 1 medium - onion
* 6-8 - green chillies
* 1 tsp - red chilly powder
* 1 tsp - garlic
* 2 tsp - yoghurt
* Salt to taste
* Curry leaves
* Spring onion, for garnishing
* 2 tsp - oil

Method:
1. Wash, dry and cut the mushroom into pieces.
2. Mix cornflour, maida, salt, red food colour, pepper, egg and ajinomoto to make a thick batter.
3. Dip the mushroom in the batter; deep fry in oil.

For gravy:
1. Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, curry leaves, slit green chillies and onion.
2. Saute for a while.
3. Mix the yoghurt, chilli powder, salt, ajinomo one after the other.
4. Add fried mushroom and stir to coat the mushroom in the gravy.
5. Garnish with spring onion.
