The Classic Lobster Recipe

If your are an avid food buff who have a craze for the Chinese food stuffs, then try this new classic lobster recipe, which is sure to tickle your taste buds.

The Ingredients required to prepare the classic lobster recipe are

Two Lobsters

Olive oil of 3/4 cup quantity.

Finely sliced dragon leaves of two teaspoon.

2 yellow yolk of egg.

One cup of fish

One teaspoon of Mustard

Cream of 3/4 cup quantity

Four tablespoon of Butter

One cup of white sauce

One cup of milk

3 tablespoon of Corn flour

Required quantity of Red chili powder

Required amount of Salt

Pepper as required.

Preparation Method

To warmth of 400F, the oven should be preheated.

Then into two pieces, the lobster should be slited, immersed in Olive oil and should be baked for time duration of fifteen minutes.

In a pan the butter should be thawed.

Then include the corn flower and for a few minutes mix it well.

Then the fish should be added and well mixed.

Then include some milk and blend it well sometime.

Then add the pepper and salt blend it well and on a low flame cook it.

Then the clean lobsters should be removed, and in a tiny pan, cook it along with the dragon leaves.

The white sauce should be include and mixed well.

Then the cream and the yellow yolk of the egg yolk should be pounded and then included into the sauce and blend it well.

Then the dry mustard should be fried and included to the content together with the salt and the stove can be switched off.

In the shells of the lobsters, put the sauce and at a 375 F, roast it for a few minutes

It can be garnished with the red chili powder and can be served along the egg noodles.
