Yuvaraj sure to overcome the tumor.

Star Indian Cricketer Yuvaraj Singh, affectionately called as ‘Yuvi’ said he swore to knock off and overcome the non-malignant tumor from which he is suffering.He assured his fans that he will be back to the team, as soon as possible and will again enthrall the audience with his gifted skills.

The cricket loving nation and the diehard fans of Yuvi was taken by shock when his mother revealed in a press conference, that Yuvaraj is suffering from a non malignant tumor, which is in the shape of a golf ball. The star cricketer who will be turning 30 by next month was part of the Indian team in the match against West Indies that was played at Kolkata and Kotla. But he did not find a place in the one day series against the visiting Caribbean.
Yuvi tweeted the he is doing fine and only he need to do some match fitness and some training and was confident that he will soon be back to the Indian team. The renowned batsman said that nothing much serious about his health and that only he needs some time to get cent percent fit.

Yuvaraj Singh did not find a permanent place in the test squad, but he was a regular player in the one day team. His splendid and significant performance in the 2007 twenty-twenty worldcup held in South Africa, enabled India to lift the cup.

Likewise, he was selected as the player of the tournament in the recently concluded world cup, in which India emerged as the world cup champion.

Shabnam Singh, Yuvi’s mother said in a statement that during the 2011 world cup, he used to frequently suffer from vomiting and coughing, but he neglected them as a normal one. However Yuvaraj sought the advice of the doctors, when he found his trouble began to intensify.

His mother further explained the scan revealed that Yuvi was facing something serious. Just over his left lung a lump in the size of a golf ball was found. Yuvaraj was advised to take more detailed scans.

Shabanam Singh concluded that his son was known to be always a fighter with a never give-up attitude. He was a supporting pillar, when her family passed through difficult phases of time. She was confident that her son will soon be back to the Indian cricket squad in absolute fitness.
