The Pudhina Rice

The Pudhina rice is another popular delicious variety rice. It can be quickly prepared. It is tasty and good for health.


The ingredients needed are
3 cups of rice
3 cups of pudhina (mint) leaves.
4no.s of green chilies.
1 no. of Onion
Salt and chilli powder to taste.
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 Lemon
2 Briyani leaves
4 Cinnamons.
1/3 cup of Cashew nuts
1/3 cup of ghee.


Preparation method:
The first and foremost thing that needs to be done is to cleanly wash the rice and then cook it. Then take the cooked

rice and on a seperate allow it to dry. Once the rice gets dried mix it with salt and keep it aside. Grind the mint

leave and green chillies in amxer. Tan pour ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts in the pan. You can than add grated

onions, cinnamon, briyani leaves, and then fry them.collectively. Than in the pan add ginger garlic paste,

pudhina paste and chilli powder and together stir fry them. For five minutes the mixture can be fried and then to the

mixture add the cook rice. Once the rice gats heated, the lemon juice can be dried to the rice and then the flames can

be turned off. The delicious mouth watering pudina rice is  ready. You can eat the rice with sambhar and with curry
