The Delicious Paneer Rice Recipe

If you have a sudden unexpected visitor to your house, you can welcome and trat them with the appetizing Paneer rice , which is very easy and quick recipe to prepare. This tasty dish with the fried paneer has a soft melt in your mouth. You can also make the recipe more yummy by including vegetables like carrot peas, capsicum or other vegetables.


The required
ingredients:

2 cups of Rice

2 Cloves

4 cups of water

1 stick of Cinnamon

2 Cardamoms

250 Gms of Paneer

Some salt to taste

½ cup of Green peas

1 cup of tomato puree (preferable)

1 ½ teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste

1medium size Onion

½ teaspoon of Garam masala

4 Green chilies

Some Coriander leaves for garnishing

Preparation Method

For duration of half an hour, soak the rice. Then boil 4 cups of water and to it include the garam masala, the soaked rice and cook till the water gets evaporated and the rice comes to a fluffy condition.


Then slice the paneer into cubes and slightly fry up and place aside. Put the onions and sauté until it gets into a deep brown color. Also include green chilly, ginger-garlic paste and fry them till the raw flavor vanishes. Then include the tomato puree and fry until the oil gets separated. Then lastly include the garam masala, green peas and a little amount of salt. Let the green peas stay in cooking condition, till it gets spongy, then put it into paneer and fry for another minute. Then include the rice that is cooked and stir cook till the masala gets coated evenly. With coriander leaves, garnish the dish.
