Dubai: On behalf of the Dubai Iman association, the Tamil educationists were accorded a warm welcome at the Karachi Durbar restaurant on 07-02-2012, Tuesday evening.

The function commenced with Hameedur rendering spiritual verses (dialogues). The Iman vice president and the Education grant council president, B.S.M.Habibullah presided over the function. The General Secretary Kuthalam.A.Liaquat Ali gave the welcomed address.The Deputy Gen. Secretary, A. Mohd. Thaha gave the introductory address.

A warm and cordial reception was given to the Professor, Anwar Badushah Ulavi, Department of Arabic Language, and University of Madras, who has arrived in Dubai as special guest of Dubai Iman association’s Milady celebration. The other educationists , who received a warm welcome were the correspondent of the Kumbakonam Al Ameen Matriculation School, Mr.Kamaludeen, and the secretary of the Muslim Press trust, Mr.Milad Ismail. The visiting educationists were honored Ponnaadai (shawl) and mementos.

Prof Anwar Badu shah Ulavi cited verses from the holy Koran, as how great an individual will become, if he voluntarily and whole heartedly surrenders himself to social activities. The Educationists lauded on the, Noble deeds, Yeomen services undertaken by the Dubai Iman association. They also expressed their wholesome support to the association, if it undertakes any sort of socio activities in their areas.

The other known persons to participate in the function were the Media and the public relation secretary, Muduvai Hidayath, Function organizing council secretary Keezhakarai Mohaideen, Kaayal Suleiman Lebai Aalim and Kalil Bilali.
