Simple Pumpkin and parsnip soup

This easy, yummy soup without too many ingredients, is good for health, and completely energizes an individual.

Time taken to prepare: fifteen to thirty minutes


Required Ingredients:

Peeled and sliced butternut pumpkin of 800 gms in quantity

Two nos. of big peeled & sliced parsnips

One L chicken stock

Coconut milk of 120ml in quantity.

Nutmeg of ½ teaspoon quantity


Preparation method

Put the parsnip & pumpkin in chicken stock in a big saucepan.

In a blender or processor pound it , until it get soft.

Heat up, and then include coconut milk and nutmeg.

Serve up hot.
