True to its name, the yummy tandoori fish recipe adds spice to your life.

Some of the ingredients required for preparing the recipe

Any white fish fillets of 2lbs quantity (make sure the fish is sliced into two to three inch pieces).

Sliced fresh ginger of 1tbsp quantity.

Four garlic cloves

Vinegar of 1/3 cup quantity.

Sufficient amount of salt for taste.

Grounded coriander seeds of 1tbsp quantity

Grounded cumin seeds of 1tbsp quantity

Grounded cayenne pepper of 1tbsp quantity

Vegetable oil of ½ cup quantity

Preparation Method

In a blender, together mix garlic, ginger, salt, vinegar, cumin, coriander, oil and cayenne, and make it into a fine paste.

Into the paste, the fish pieces should be marinated in the refrigerator for duration of four hours.

At broil on a maximum heat, the oven should be preheated.

In order to avoid the mess, the oven tray should be wrapped in foil.

On the tray, the marinated fish pieces should be placed and then broil for a duration of eight to ten minutes.

The turnover and again broil for duration of eight minutes.

You need to keep a regular check. Based on the fish piece thickness, the broiling time may vary.

With your favourite chutney, the tandoori fish can be served.
