The Silesian Amusement Park

The Silesian Amusement Park is an amusement park situated permanently inside the Silesian Central Park in the hub of the Silesia’s Upper Silesian Metropolitan Union in Poland. The park is spread on a total area of 26 ha. In the year 2008, Silesian Amusement Park witnessed 253,000 visitors.

The Amusement Park has about fifty attractions; some of the attractions you can find in the park are the Tic Tac Tornado, the "Gwiazda Duża" Ferris wheel erected at a height of 35 meters.

Tic Tornado

You will find the Tic Tornado as the fastest and loftiest rollercoaster in Poland. You will have an exhilarating ride, experiencing 2 loops of 360 degrees. You will find six cars in each train. For a total of 24 riders, they are assembled two crossways in double rows.

You will find the row on the second last, to be backward faced, in which the riders are made to face to face with the last row riders.

On the whole Silesian Amusement Park is an excellent place for family outings

Opening hours

The amusement park is opened from on weekdays from 10:00 am to 19:00pm and on weekends from 10:00am to 21:00pm.

Admission fees

For adults the fees are 40zl and 50 Zl for weekdays and weekends respectively.

Admission is free for kids under the age of three years
