Required Ingredients

A packet of MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix

One teaspoon of shredded ginger

One squashed garlic clove

Two teaspoons of oil

One lemon, shredded rind and juice

Cinnamon of ½ tsp quantity

Turmeric of ½ tsp quantity

Cumin of ½ tsp quantity

Ground coriander of ½ tsp quantity

Diced, lean lamb steaks of 500 Gms in quantity

One tsp of water

Preparation Method

Blend the MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy Mix with other elements, cover up and keep it in a refrigerator for one to two hours.
Onto 8 cane skewers thread the meat.

For duration of 4 minutes, grill or Barbecue skewers on either side.

The recipe can be served with salad or vegetables or if required along with rice.
