The Egg Pakora

The Egg Pakora is a simple and easy to prepare recipe, which can be consumed byall ages on all occasions.


The ingredients required

Four nos. of eggs that is hard boiled.

Besan (Gram flour) of 3 tablespoon quantity

Small black pepper powder

Sufficient amount of Oil for frying

Preparation method

Peel off the skin and then into two halves, cut the boiled eggs.

On the eggs, sprinkle some pepper and salt.

Into a bowl add chili powder, salt, grams flour, and then add some water and prepare a thick batter.

In a kadai, heat the oil.

In the batter, immerses every egg, and on an average flame deep stir fry the egg.

The egg pakora can be served whilst hot.
