The amazing Mushroom omelet

The Mushroom omelet is a wonderful and delicious recipe. It is easy and quick to prepare. Including the Onion cream cheese and the Philadelphia chive offers a perfect taste for the recipe.

The essential ingredients required to prepare the recipe are,

Olive oil of 1 teaspoon quantity

Half a cup of fresh mushrooms that is sliced.

Two eggs that is beaten

1/8th teaspoon of black pepper that is freshly grounded

Philadelphia chive and onion of 2 teaspoons quantity .and cream cheese with less fat according to your requirement.

Preparation Method

On a medium heat, warm the oil in a non-stick skillet. Then add the freshly sliced mushrooms. For two minutes cook and stir it.

Then add the beaten eggs and black pepper. Cook it for some two to three minutes then with a spatula lift and turn the other side and roast the other uncooked portion of the omelet. Then add to the top of the egg omelet, the less fat cream cheese.

Then slide to the bottom of the egg omelet, tilt skillet to loosen the omelet and fold it gently. Then toss or glide the omelet into the plate that is to be served.
