Tasty green chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
  • 1 laban cup coriander leaves
  • 1 laban cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 kg onions
  • 3 tbs vinegar
  • Salt


Method:
First remove the skin of the drumsticks and give a cut on the legs, next drain the water and add salt. Now put in the mixer 1 laban cup coriander leaves, 1 laban cup mint leaves, garam masala and grind with very little water. Remove and marinate the chicken with this masala for 2 hours.

Cut the 1/4 onions and fry them to golden brown and keep aside.

Next take a pan and add a very little oil since the oil will come out of the chicken when frying, turn the chicken upside down till the chicken gets a gold brown. Finally when the chicken is done add the golden brown onions and lastly the 3 tbs of vinegar and bring it down.

You can eat it with pulao or as a side dish.
