Chicken cutlet

The chicken is a well-known recipe. It can be used as side dish, and also as a refreshment item, when you have your evening tea or coffee.


The ingredients required to prepare the recipe:

Chicken of one kg quantity.

Potato of quarter kg quantity

2Nos.of eggs.

Bread crumps of one cup quantity

100gms of cabbage

100gms of carrots

One tbsp of garlic paste

100gms of Maida

One tbsp of green chili paste

One tbsp of ginger paste

Two tbsp of garam masala powder

Two tbsp of Jeera powder

One cup of sliced green coriander

One tbsp of tandoori chicken masala powder (or in essential quantity)

Salt to taste

1/2 cup of sliced pudina

Oil to fry

Preparation Method

Along with the garam masala powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste, you should boil the chicken. Once it is boiled, drain it and place is aside.

Then slice the potatoes, cabbage, beans, carrot, and for 5 minutes fry these vegetables in hot oil.

The potatoes should then be squashed, heat oil of 4 tsp quantity, include garlic paste and for 3 minutes fry it, then include Maida, fry it for another 4 minutes.

Then include jeera powder, tandoori chicken masala, salt, garam masala powder, green chili paste and for five minutes fry it.

The chicken should be then shredded, and together with the chicken add the coriander, vegetables, and pudina.

Blend well, include the chicken stock and should be fired till it gets dries up. Then remove the chicken from the fire and let it cool. Then place it in the refrigerator for time duration of one hour.

Then remove the refrigerated chicken and prepare cutlets from it. Slightly beat the eggs, and into it dip the cutlets, then cover it with bread crumbs, in little oil, fry on both sides, with a paper towel drain it and with tomato ketchup, serve the cutlet.
