Kerala Mutton Fry

The Kerala Mutton fry is a popular and deliciouc recipe, well liked by people belonging to different age groups.


Some to the Ingredients required to prepare the recipe

Mutton, half a kg in quantity.

One teaspoon of turmeric powder

One teaspoon of chilli powder

One tablespoon of Coriander powder

One teaspoon of pepper powder

Cardamom, two pieces

Six cloves

A Cinnamon piece ½ inch in length.

Two teaspoon of chopped vinegar

8 crushed garlic cloves

2 teaspoon of chopped Ginger

Half a cup of chopped onion

Some salt for taste.

Half cup of oil

Preparation Method

Crush together the cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms and make it into a fine powder

Mix the meat, with coriander powder, the minced spices, pepper powder, chili powder, vinegar, turmeric powder, garlic, ginger and salt. Blend thoroughly and place it aside.

In a pan, place the meat, then pour water in such a way that the meat is half immersed.

Then and there include hot water to the mixture, as required.

Cover the mixture with a pan and allow it to cook until the meat becomes soft and the liquid is totally dried out.

Then heat a pan, add onions to it and fry them, until it turns golden brown in color.

The add golden brown onions to the meat mixture and cook for sometime

Now the mouth watering Kerala Mutton fry is ready to serve.
