Goat liver curry recipe

The goat liver curry recipe is a well-known spicy dish. This mouthwatering recipe is easy to prepare and is well liked by people of all age groups.


Some of the ingredients required to prepare the recipe

Half a kg of liver, sliced into medium pieces.

Chili powder of ½ tbsp quantity

Coriander powder of ½ tbsp quantity.

Turmeric powder of ½ tbsp quantity.

Three cloves

Curry leaves (10 nos.)

One sliced onion

Half a bunch of Coriander leaves (sliced)

Mustard seeds of ½ tsp quantity

Oil

Salt for savor

Preparation method

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil, then include cloves, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cook for a duration of two minutes.

Include onion and green chilies and fry till the onion gets brown in color

Then add the liver and salt and cook it.

Then include coriander, chili powder, and cook ti for a duration of two minutes, include coriander leaves and then switch off the stove.

The delicious dish can now be served hot.
