Thanks for your comment, all the above mentioned foods will only assist you to get a good sleep, provided you should have a calm mind, not to a troubled or agitated one. The main reason for sleeplessness or insomnia is worry. The worried man must lose himself into action. Get busy in a tight hectic schedule, ultimately at the end of the day you get tired, and worn out. You are left with no other option, rather than to slump into your bed and get into a sound sleep.
