Boneless Chicken Fry

Ingredients:

  • Oil - ½ kg
  • Chicken - 1kg
  • Lemon - 1
  • Ginger Paste - spoons
  • Garlic Paste - 2 spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 spoon
  • Chile Powder - 2 spoons
  • Curd - 3 spoons
  • Poppy (khus khus) - 1 spoon
  • Small Onion - 50 gm
  • Tomato - 50 gm
  • Anise - 1 spoon
  • Cardamom - 4 pieces
  • Clove - 4 pieces
  • Pepper Powder - 1 spoon
  • Ghee - 1 spoon


Preparation Method:

First clean the Chicken and remove the Bones from the chicken – keep the Boneless Chicken pieces in a bowl – add curd,Turmeric powder and salt to taste – with chicken keep the bowl in the fridge  5 minutes – Then add Ginger and garlic paste – with chicken  and mix it well. Cut the lemon – remove the seeds – and crush the lemon Juice – on the chicken – mix it well now again keep the bowl in the fridge for 5 minutes. Cut onion and Tomato in to small pieces. Keep a fry pan on the stove and fry – onion, tomato, anise poppy, cardamom, Glove – with Ghee … slight roast enough.
Then – Put it in the mixie … Grind  it – like paste  add the mixer paste to the Chicken pieces again mix it well. Finally add the Chilly powder – Asafoetida ½ spoon, gram flour 3 spoons – Now mix all well with Chicken piece.
Again keep it in the fridge 5 minutes – Then keep a fry pan on the stove with slight flame –put the oil in it – Then put  4 or 5 pieces – of Chicken with masala,  Fry it – 3 minutes Then take the Boneless Fried Chicken keep it in another bowl  - like wise you fry all the boneless masala Chicken pieces…..


Now you can taste the Boneless masala Chicken. And also you can make it as Chicken pagoda…..
For that you should add the gram flour extra 100grams, and a egg only……
