VSNA (Veerashaiva Samaja of North America) is a non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable and cultural organization in the United States of America. It was founded in the year 1978. The mission is not only to preserve and foster Veerashaivism (Lingayatism) in North America; and to impart the Lingayata spiritual heritage, its universalistic, democratic values to posterity through the teachings of Basavanna and other spiritual leaders but also serve the humanity.
