Two toning exercises, which you can do at any place.

An important aspect in life is maintaining your health. Once you hit forty, the muscle mass and the density of bones begins to diminish. Particularly the woman has problem with their bone loss. Weight bearing exercises can minimize these drawbacks. With a hectic work schedule, allocating time for exercise is a great challenge. However, there are two exercises that can be done at any place.


Bridge Butt Lift: Although it may look like a plastic surgery technique, it is a simple method by which your buttocks can be toned. All you need to do is simply lie on the floor, with your feet flat on the ground, with your legs shoulder apart, and place your hands, palms down on both side of your body. Now by pushing your feet, just squeeze your gluteal muscles and then raise your butt off the floor. Be in that posture for five to ten counts and then release yourself.


Squats: Your butt, hamstring muscles and quadriceps can be works out with squats. If you are unsure of the proper form, you can utilize a chair. Just stand on your feet shoulder wide and your feet, and make sure ground. Now just push your butt as if you are about to sit on the chair. Make sure your abs is tight and your upper body is in a straight line. At once, when you have reached the chair level, just stop grasp the position for count for two to five and release yourself. Put your heaviness on your heals at the lowest point, for balance and utmost toning.
