The Fish tikka

Fish tikka is crispy and mouth watering dish .Pamper your taste buds with this lip smacking dish.


The following are the ingredients needed to prepare fish tikka
2 pieces of fish fillets weighing 500 Gms
Red chilly powder of 1.5 tsp quantity
tsp ginger paste of 1.5 tsp quantity
Garlic paste of 1.5 tsp quantity
1 tsp of ajwain
1cup of lemon juice
100 g of  curd
Vinegar of 2 tsp quantity
Garam masala powder of 2 tsp quantity
One pinch of tandoori colour
Oil for basting
Required amount of salt to taste
Preparation method
Blend one tsp of ginger paste with one tsp of garam masala powder, one tsp of chilly powder .Then add 1 tsp of lemon juice to the mix. The fish tikka should be applied with this mix. Keep the fish aside for 30 minutes.
You need to prepare blend of curd, vinegar, salt, residual red chilly powder, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder, tandoori color and ajwain.To the marinade add the fish pcs.Cover the fish pcs and keep it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
On the grilling rack place the tikka. Brush a few quantity of oil and cook the combination for some three to five minutes. During the cooking time halfway you need to turn the tikkas.
Again brushes with little quantity of oil and for 15 to 20 minutes grill it. For two to three times turn the tikkas from time to time. Apply oil to get a uniform browning.
