The delectable Cauliflower cutlet is a crispy snack item that goes well with your even tea or coffee


The ingredient required for the appetizing Cauliflower cutlet

Potatoes of 250gms in qty (stewed & squashed)

Grated cauliflower of 500 Gms in qty.

Cumins seeds of one tablespoon qty.

Mustard Seeds of one tablespoon qty.

One onion (sliced)

Aniseed of one tablespoon qty.

Maida of 50gm qty

Green chilli sliced as per taste.

Salt for taste.

Oil for roasting, in addition one tbsp of oil


Preparation Method

In a wok (kadai or pan) add one tablespoon of oil and heat it.

Include into the oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped onions and aniseeds.

When onions are roasted, remove the wok from the stove and let it cool for some time.

Blend the potatoes, cauliflower, tharka (which was prepared by us), salt and Maida.

Properly blend them

Create cutlet as per your required shape and sauté them

With green chutney or Ketchup, serve hot the cutlet.
