The Banana Shake

The Banana Shake is a delicious lip smacking fruit shake. It is good for health. The Kids will be very much eager to drink this shake.

Ingredients
Two cup of milk (Dhoodh)
One good firm and ripe Banana (kela)
Two tablespoon of sugar (Cheeni)
Quarter teaspoon of ground Nutmeg (Jaiphal)

Preparation Method
Over the heat, just place the milk in a heavy bottomed pan
Bring the milk to boil constantly stir the milk then the heat should be reduced and simmered for two minutes.
Allow the milk to simmer. In the mean time just place the banana, sugar and nutmeg in a blender and process it until it becomes squashed.
Into the blender pour a cup of milk and process for another minute.
Then add the remaining milk and process it for another half a minute.
The milk can be now poured into warmed cups or jugs and can be immediately served.
