Prawn with Garlic Pasta

The Garli8c prawn pasta is a delicious mouth watering dish. It is tasty and keeps your taste ticking craving for more.


The ingredients needed to prepare the Prawn pasta are


8 ounces of fusilli (spiral) pasta
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 sliced garlic cloves
8 peeled and deveined prawns
½ cup of grated and divided cheese
1 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley


Preparation Method


Boil water with light amount of sail in a large pot. Then add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes up to al dente( an Italian term commonly used in cooking meaning “to the tooth” or “to the bite”)The pasta should be cooked in a manner that it is firm but not hard.

Pour some oil into a large heavy skillet and heat the oil over medium heat. For atleast five minutes you need to sauté the garlic.Then toss the prawns and for five minutes cook on each side. The prawns should be then removed and kept aside. Later the garlic slices should be removed 


In a pot pour oil over the pasta and then toss to get the oil evenly coated. Then ¾ of the Parmesan cheese should then be sprinkled on the pasta. Then stir to get evenly distributed. Then transfer the contents to the serving dish. On top of the pasta arrange the prawn. Then sprinkle the remaining parsley and Parmesan.
