MRF rated maximum in the JD Power customer satisfaction index

Chennai: MRF, the tyre giant has been rated the maximum in the “JD Power customer satisfaction index Study 2012”, winning the honor for the third time in succession.


A statement says, for the past twelve years, this is the ninth time, the tyre organizion, based in Chennai, and has gained the top slot in the study.


The statement further said, that MRF acquired an 841 score, much in advance of, an 825 business standard in 2012. MRF enhanced its performance by eight points from the previous year, and excelled across all aspects.


The study divulged the soaring echelons of consumer satisfaction with unique equipment tyres have a brawny positive outcome on substitute purchases.


The consumers are highly contended with their unique equipment tyres are twofold, as probable to repurchase their present tyre brand, whilst purchasing replacement tires, in contrast to the consumers, who are less contended.


The statement said Indian Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index Studies for 2012, was conducted on the reaction from the new vehicles owners assessed at twelve to twenty four months ownership.
