Meethe Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of plain Curd or Yogurt with some curd cream
  • 2/3 cup of Sugar or Cheeni
  • 1/2 cup of Ice Water
  • 8 to 10 Ice-cubes; crushed

Procedure:

  1. Take or spoon off about 4 pieces of the curd cream (firm) found at the top of curd; set it aside for decorating.
  2. Put the sugar and the curd in a bowl and then whisk until it is foamy.
  3. Add some ice water and then whisk slowly. Stirring in some crushed ice or you may use the blender.
  4. Divide the sugar and curd mixture into two different batch, process and cover for 1 to 2 mins.
  5. Transfer and then do the same steps for the next batch.
  6. Put the beverage into 4 glasses; chilled.
  7. Put some curd cream carefully, when desired then decorate with some sprinkle of sugar.
