Keralite Engineers Association (KEA), Kuwait

Keralite Engineers Association (KEA) is a forum of Malayalee Engineers based in Kuwait who graduated from universities outside of Kerala. This forum is registered body with the Indian Embassy, Kuwait. KEA is affiliated with KEF (Kuwait Engineers Forum). Several engineering colleges’ alumni association in Kerala comes under the KEF. The alumni associations that comes under KEF are Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (MACE-Kothamangalam), CET (College of Engineering, Trivandrum), NSS College of Engineering (NSSCE-Palghat), National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT), Thangal Kunju Musalliyar College of Engineering (TKMCE-Kollam, TEC (Trichur Engineering College) and a combined association of graduates from all OECK (other engineering colleges in Kerala). KEF is an approved association with the Indian Embassy of Kuwait.

The main objectives of KEA are

To create fraternity amid the constituents, encourage & persuade vigorous traditions and arrange for the social & cultural performance for its constituents as well as the KEF members.

Encourage collaboration and communication amid constituents inside the organization and inside the KEF’s member alumni.

Offer a podium for the constituents to assemble & exchange visions on professional & technical subjects.

Offers an opportunity to its members and their family to display their creative & cultural talents.

To encourage acquaintance and communication amongst its constituents and their family living in Kuwait.

To attain the above mentioned goals KEA conducts several cultural & sports events, apart from that, it also conducts yearly vacation and kids program. KEA organizes these show events for all its members as well as for the members of KEF such as KROSSWINDS, KEA Throw ball, CALEIDOSCOPE, etc. SANGEETHA SANDHYA, FRIENDSHIP FOOTBALL Tournament, and SPORTS DAY are the other main attractions amid the other alumni constituents.
