Indians from abroad, who attended the PBD (Pravasi Bharati Diwas), held at Jaipur form January 7 to 9 felt, that India should focus more on the education sector and fill the opening.

An academician from the University of Toronto, Anita Singh said the country needs teaching based on gender, which will assist to use meaningfully fifty percent of the human resources.

Singh, who is basically a native of Bhilawat village in the Ajmer district of Rajasthan said that boys will understand Mathematics in a different way, while the girls will recognize it another way. Therefore teaching that focuses on gender is also very much essential.

She said a most of the girls do not get quality education that weakens, on the whole competence, of the human resources as almost half of the students do not proper education.

Anita singh said that old values, conservatism, customs and superstitions still prevails, which broadens the breach between the budding India and the nations that are developed.

Singh said in the next decade, the country needs a number of colleges and if the teaching pattern is updated and efficient as per the need of the day, then India will exceed the developed nations in one way or the other .She further said just like the students living in Urban areas, the students living in rural area must be given utmost priority.
