If you are a new teacher or an old teacher,always keep in mind that teaching is an art. Though you are teacher by profession, you should put your heart and soul in handling the students. Because the fate of the future generation lie sat your hands.

Some teachers take the class rather mechanically. They are very much contended with their salary and are least bothered about the student’s welfare.

Likewise your teaching talent lies in motivating the weaker student and making them come with good academic record.
Try to encourage the dull students. Encourage is the key. Even he show a poor performance try to motivate him. Do not compare him with students it will create an inferiority complex. On the other hand evaluate him with his own previous good performance

Interact with your students’ parents. Ask them to meet you on some days like Saturdays. Especially the parents of dull students should meet you. Tell the parents about their kid’s performance in a more encouraging manner. Avoid accusing or complaining about the student’s poor performance or behavior. Tell the parents if the student takes some little bit effort he can fare very well.

Regularly meeting the student’s parents also makes the students to be on the correct path and not get deviated from it.
