The application for converting your foreign driving license into Italy driving license must be submitted at the Provincial office of Motor Vehicles at your locality.

The applicant should completely fill and duly sign the Form TT 2112 (the form is available free of cost at the above mentioned office).

Applicant should also furnish the following particulars.

Proof to show that your have made the payment to the current account number 9001.

Payment proof on the existing account number 4028(the deposited form is aviailable in pre-printed manner, so you are not entitled to utilize the blank ones that you get at eh Post office).

It is advisable to check with the Provincial office of Motor Vehicles, on the exact amount of fees, which need to be paid.

Your two similar passport size photos, of which one should be authenticated.

A medical certificate endorsed by a recognized medical physician, to support that you are medically fit and free form any contagious disease.

Once the applicant has made his submission for his driving license conversion, the necessary checks will be carried out and upon the successful scrutinizing of the application, a new driving license will be issued by the concerned authorities and the foreign license will be withdrawn.
