What kind of diet plan should I have
Cause I have worked as a cook all my life, I would get free pizzas, burgers and sugary drinks. I would always eat it therefore I became enormous. My husband is a cook also, and if he brings more free foodstuff, I would have it with him even when I wasn't hungry. I've always loved food, and I was never concerned about my weight. My doctor tells me to get rid of body fat, but you know how it can be: you don't feel like doing it till something clicks. So, I've looked at my pictures, and I understood how large I actually am. I have got appetite suppresant supplements to reduce weight but I have no idea which type of diet I should have. Do you have any ideas on this?
