Mixed Vegetable Dahi Salad
Ingredients


1 cup Cauliflower (cut into thin florets)
1 cup Carrot (cut into 1 cm cube)
1 cup beans (cut into 1cm pieces)
1 cup green peas
1 cup cabbage (cut into icm pieces)
1 cup lettuce (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp salad oil
2 cups thick dahi or yoghurt
salt to taste
2 green chillies (finely chopped)

Directions
Cut all the vegetables after cleaning them
Boil water and cook them with salt till half-done. then strain the water
Take a salad bowl and mix the half-cooked vegetables,salt to taste, chopped green chillies ,salad oil and yoghurt.
Mix them well and refrigerate before serving chill.
