For an apartment in the city rent ranges from 5000 - 10000 AED.

The rents reduce as you move towards the outskirts of the city.

Now rent is coming down and you will get an average type 2yr old  2BHK apartment near Sahara centre on DubaiSharjah Highway for 3K per month excluding electricity and water.

now the rent is more cheaper,for 2BHK  33k per year, in international City  is more cheaper than any other area in dubai,

In Sharjah Dubai border(in sharjah Side) the rents are more cheaper like for 2BHK 27k including water & electricity (which is 2250  Per month)
