Taking care of your vehicle.
Instruction for user of company vehicle

Do the following:
1.    Must do first service at the dealer of vehicle to activate warranty. (For New Vehicle )
2.    Do the preventive maintains every day like check engine oil, radiator water etc.
3.    Change engine oil must do with Maintenance office, do it on appropriate time.
4.    Change Gear box oil must do with Maintenance office, do it on appropriate time.
5.    Keep record of engine oil and gear oil change (date and milometer reading) in side vehicle.
6.    Check vehicle cooling system time by time.
7.     Check Battery of vehicle time by time.
8.    Check the following  for safety purpose :
a.    Check tire pressure.
b.    Check all Glasses are ok and clean.
c.    Check fire fighter inside vehicle and make sure it is working.
d.    Check breaks system of vehicle.
e.    Check fan belt is working in normal condition.
9.    In case of accident or any damage do the following:
a.    Call Traffic Police 993.
b.    Wait until Traffic Police give you repor
