This service is one of the most important services provided by Ishaar to all segments of society from citizens and residents in the Saudi Arabia. You can issue Exit Reentry visa through the following numbers: 88922 STC users : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First, Registration in Ishaar services to get the security code: 1- Registration To register you have to fill the registration form singe it and attached a copy of your ID and then hand it over to one of the registration centers by yourself. Registration process is to link you number of mobile phone number to you ID number. 2- Activation After registration you have to send your ID number to 88900 to activate the subscription and you will receive back a message to welcome you and informing you that you have become a member in Ishaar services. 3- Getting the security code After that the security code will be sent to you via SMS, to become a users of the latest e-service system in the Saudi Arabia, We advise to keep the security code in a safe place outside and away from mobile phone to ensure your protection and privacy, and not to allow unauthorized people to use your mobile. And to know of the expiry date of the passport as in jawazat system send a text message containing (13 * ID Number * the expiry date of the residency (Iqama) in the following format yyyy-mm-dd), Example: 13*9999999999*1431-10-22 to short code 88909 for STC customers 2 – Mobile phone should be charged with financial balance: Mobile phone must be charges with a balance of 20 SR to pay for the execution of transaction Service cost SAR 20 3 – Executing the service: To Issue an Exit reentry visa send to short code 88922 A SMS message containing the letter I and then the symbol *, then residency (Iqama) number (the traveler), then the symbol *, then period of the visa in days, then the symbol * security code. C* residency (Iqama) number*security code Example: C*1234567890*11223344 Service cost SAR 20 4 – At Ishaar: After sending the message to the short code, the system thus: • make sure that the mobile phone number is registered in Ishaar notification services and interactive services are active. • Verification of that sent residency Iqama number is registered in the subscriber’s record as dependent. • Make sure that security code is registered and active. • Verification of the possibility of providing service to the resident through Passport Department. 5 - Confirmation of the request: After investigating all of the conditions for issuance, you will receive a SMS message containing dependants' information to verify it is correct to continue with the process of issuance. In the case all the information are correct, to confirm your request, please send: 1 to short code 88922, and must reply within a period not exceeding 24 hours or it the request will be canceled automatically. The transaction fees will be deducted from you Mobile phone balance after confirmation which is 20 SR In case information is not correct and you wish to cancel the request.
