hi.., everybody
i am working in saudi arabia since 12 years, and i would like to continues my service but i got some new law of saudi government who has compeleted six years they should leave from saudi arabia. please if enyone have right information regarding thils let me knows. thanks and regards to evarybody. ummer. |

hi.., everybody i am working in saudi arabia since 12 years, and i would like to continues my service but i got some new law of saudi government who has compeleted six years they should leave from saudi arabia. please if enyone have right information regarding thils let me knows. thanks and regards to evarybody. ummer. hi Dont worry , yes new rules have been implemented and they are for saudis but they also give your some more rights , If your compnay is in red category your iqama wont be renewed , if it is in Yellow it will be renewed provided you have worked less than 6 yrs with them , if your company falls in green category no need to worry at all it is a perfect green signal to your future here in Saudi Arabia , now coming to the rights we get from this program , If your company falls in Yellow or Red category and your iqama cant be renewed Unlike before you can move to a new company without acquiring NOC from your previous company or release as they say , this way you will be getting rid of freakish sponsorship system , here is the link to complete info on categorization : http://www.abroadindians.com/saudi_arabia-forum/percentage-of-new-saudiaization-program-in-different-sectors-t496 |
