Atleast three times a week try to eat dark green vegetables.

Make is a habit to eat dark green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, collard greens and kale. Abundance of vitamins like iron and calcium are found in these nutritional power houses. You can take these vegetables either in solid form or make it into a juice and drink it.

Make it a habit to take vitamin supplement that has B12.

Make it a habit to take vitamin B12 vitamin supplement or try to add nutritional yeast frequently in your diet, particularly if your are vegetarian person.

Water

Water is the most essential thing. Drink ample amount of water. Also install some filter at your home. Water keeps a control over any new method of eating. It curtails any type of cravings you experience.

Make it an objective to eat daily a handful of raw vegetables or any fruits.

As we are well aware of the saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, apple is good for heath. The vegans take apple or any other fresh fruit and vegetables daily.

You can prepare your own salad

Eating salad is also good for health. With your creative mind you can prepare your salad. Grate the vegetables like carrot and cabbage. Then add tomato, or cucumber. To this mixture you can ad curd or coconut milk. Add some salt to taste. You can prepare any different salads with different kinds of vegetables.
