Sharjah: The book sales exhibition of Manimegalai Prasuram (Manimegalai Publications) was inaugurated at the Al Khatri Farm, in a grand manner with the joint support of Aikiya Arabunaadugal nagarathar kootamaipu (Federation of Arab nations’ Nagarathars) and Tamilnadu Panpaadu Kazhakam (Tamilnadu cultural society) on 12.4.2012 Thursday evening at 7am.

The patron of Aikiya Arabunaadugal Nagarathar kootamaipu, Mr. Sehtu Valliappan presided over the function. The function began with the reciting of Tamil Anthem, followed by a Special address given by Mr. Ramalingam, the president of the Tamil Panpaadu kazhagam. He spoke on the topic “Valamana Thamizh”.

On behalf of the Aikiya Arabunaadugal Nagarathar kootamaipu, its president Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan, and patron Mr.Rama Nagappan gave the special address. On behalf of Manimegalai Prasuram, Mr. Ravi Tamilvaanan gave the acceptance speech.

Mr. Kathiresan Muthuraman, the secretary of the Nagarathar Kootmaipu thanked Manimegalai Prasuram and Mr. Sethu Valliappan for arranging the Al Khatri farm house. He also thanked all the participants, who graced the occasion.

In the evening, a tea party and dinner, was hosted on behalf of the Nagarathaar Kootamaipu.
