Quit Smoking

Almost 60 percent of the man in the world smoke. Some start at a very tender age of 13 or 14 years. Smoking causes lung cancer, throat cancer and prostate cancer. Hence it is high time to quit smoke for the sake of your well being.

Prostate check:

If woman are concerned about breast cancer, men are very much worried of enlarged prostate. It is found the prostate antigen level (PSA) is somewhat high for men above 40 years. For men who are above 60 years, urinary problems are likely to occur. And if men have enlarged prostate it causes straining and recurrent urination. In order to avoid this you should consult your doctor on time.

Have a complete cancer checkup:

Consult a doctor and have a complete cancer checkup. You need to check up your thyroids, lymph nodes .check if there are any nodules under the armpits. Check your skin for any black marks, oral region, verify your testicles for any doubtful masses.

Check your Blood pressure:

A simple way to take of care of an individual’s heart is, regularly check his blood pressure. Suppose if his blood pressure is more or less equal to 140 over 90mmHg, than he is likely to have high blood pressure. Suppose if the blood pressure is more than 160 over 100mmHg, then he is at a grave danger of having a stroke or heart attack. It is high time he goes for regular checkups. He should have his diet control and maintain a perfect BP of 120 over 80mmHg.
