Make it a habit to take your vitamins.

Always practice the habit of taking vitamin supplements in your diet. This gives the sufficient protection against cancer.

Prior to your meals drink at least two glasses of water

Drinking water before meals keep you dehydrated and it lessens the amount of food intake. It makes you fell less hungry. Hence make it a habit of drinking at least two glasses before your meals.

Make it a habit of taking onions in your meals

Researchers have revealed that onions are rich resource of cardio protective elements known as flavanoids. So take onion in your food. But always remember to brush your teeth after taking onion.

Make it a habit to drink sufficient amount of water after meals

After meals make it a habit to drink ample amount of water regularly.Since some foods like chips and pizzas are packed with fat and sodium, drinking plenty of water enables the sodium excess to be flushed out.

Eat fish regularly.

Since fish is a rich source of the Omega-3 fatty acids it is good for your health to take fish regularly. The omega B fatty acid helps in protecting your heart from the rhythmic disorders. Hence eating fish protects your heart from heart attacks.
