Group Action Rhyme Competition for the UKG students of IES, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan

Beauty is the realm of poetry and children enjoy this beauty of expression, thoughts, feeling, rhyme, rhythm and music of words. Oh! What a beautiful way to express something through innocent words and actions in a melody with all smiles and giggles. The UKG students of IES got an opportunity to exhibit their innate talent through the Group Action Rhyme Competition held on 5th May and 12th May 2011.

 The competition was conducted in two segments so that each and every tiny talent could be displayed on the stage. Their buoyant and composed performance reflected prodigious confidence and poise. Oblivious to the concept of winning and losing these innocent minds did their best and presented a successful show as a Variety of interesting rhymes with good introduction of themselves had flown in a melody from the young ones. The competition was not only a source of entertainment and learning but also a platform to showcase budding talent. It was indeed a pleasure to watch these tiny tots walking confidently on stage and recite poems rhythmically with well coordinated actions.

Unparalleled support from teachers has undoubtedly buoyed the resilient spirit of these angels.  The judges of this event appreciated and applauded the performance of the children as they enjoyed the enthusiastic and cheerful recitation.
