Last year the internet and software giant Google tried to acquire Groupon, but it turned into a futile attempt. Now Google expects to strike Groupon.

The executive chief of Google Eric E. Schmidt said the corporation intends to launch testing Google tenders similar to the Groupon resembling service conveying discounts from little industries. The operation will commence in Portland, Ore. The experiment will be stretched to Sanfrasico and then to New York.

Company sources say that the mobile application Google wallet will be coupled with Google offers. This permits the people to utilize their phone to disburse the procurements. The Commercial vice president of Google Stephanie Tilenius assured that for payments the consumer or neither the vendors will be charged for the application of wallets or for the disbursements. However the service will be monetize by slashing the vouchers or offers that the public purchase.

The vice president of commerce confessed that the Google offers will battle various other ‘deal’ services. He further added that it was the merging proffers with mobile expenditures that facilitate easier to utilize. 

The Portland test announcement was a component of the onstage interview given by Mr. Schmidt which was arranged at the all things conference held at Rancho Palos Verdes on the outskirts of Los Angeles.
