Exercise tips on a rainy day

The weather is wet with drizzling showers, your parents and grandparents are busy snoring on this lazy day. You are not in a mood to hit the bed, instead you want to exercise, but your plans to go to the gym had been shattered because of the rain. Do not you worry you can do things with your limited resources. Just your jumping ropes can do wonders .Just change your workout schedule from your usual treadmills or elliptical. This simple jumping rope will be a great companion to kill your boredom.

Just see to that your room has enough space, so that the rope moves freely, when you jump. You can switch on your music system and listen to some of our favourite albums. You can also do your workouts with the jumping rope by watching your television programmes.

You can also doe some simple exercises with just your bare hands. You can do some sit-ups and stretch exercises, with the aid of some simple furniture available in your room. For instance, you can do your workouts with your chair. Make sure your chair handles are strong. Holding the chair handle you can do some sit-ups and some other simple exercises.

You can use your own towel as mattress, while doing exercises lying on the floor. If you have enough money, you can invest money on a good mattress, for comfort while doing exercise on bare floor.
Following the above strategies will keep you busy even on a dull day.
