Jazeera Airways has launched new gift vouchers service, with the launch of this service, Jazeera Airways became the only airline in the Middle East to provide gift vouchers online. Benefits of purchasing an online voucher include email delivery of the voucher and the ability to directly redeem the voucher through Jazeera Airways call center and desks.

Jazeera Airways gift vouchers are valid for a full year, and can be applied for the payment of new bookings, for settling existing bookings, as well as upgrading existing bookings.

The new service follows a series of value-bolstering service enhancements introduced by the airline since September 2010 that included free baggage allowance of 40 kilograms for all customers, free on-board meals in Economy Class and an 'à la carte' menu for Business Class guests.
