early renewal of passport
my passport expires in october 2011 &my residence expires by end of april 2011.so i want to whether i can renew my passport in april with change of house address? thank you!

check with the concerned authorities or call Indian Embassy.

Your passport can be renewed only 1 month before expiry. You can check in Sharq or fahaheel as the Indian Embassy has opened these offices to help the people.

Hi

I read that your residence expires in April 2011....so that means are you without residence...then be ready to pay the fine.
