Civil ID renewal System
The Smart System for ID-Card Renewal

One of e-government projects. For the first time in The State of Kuwait, a complete paperless service "The Smart System for ID-Card Renewal"

You will no longer need to submit:

Envelope

Application for Renewal

Sponsor's Declaration

Passport Copy

Residence Permit Copy

Photos

and Other Documents
Follow the steps given below:

Dial 88 99 88

Enter your civil ID-Number
Your ID-Card will be renewed automatically.

You could call from:

Home
Office
Mobile
Outside from the State of Kuwait
Note:

This service available
From 11:00 to 19:00 (GMT)
From 14:00 to 22:00 (Local Time)

This service doesn't cover:

Change of address

Change of Photos

Lost or damaged ID-Card

First time registration
