Mushroom buttons
Button mushrooms are good source of Vitamin D. It is best  when boiled and not fried. These mushrooms are also good source of Viatmin B1 and B2.

Cod Liver oil which is often recommenede to childen is a great source of vitamin D. It helsp in strenghtening bones and developing brains.

Eggs provides 10% of the required daily dose of Vitamin D by the body. Thus, if your system allowes, one egg everyday in breakfast is good.

Green leafy vegetables are also rich source of vitamin D but as in mushrooms they tend to loose it once it is overcooked. Try and eat green salads.

Salmon the fish provides you 90% of your daily dose of Vitamin D. It is also rich in Vitamin B.

These sources of Vitamin D in your diet to prevent yourself from several illness and keep yourself fit.
